Payment Procedures
Establishing New York State Residency
Students interested in establishing New York State residency for tuition purposes only should file a petition with the Student Accounts Office.
The completed petition and supporting documentation must be submitted by the end of the second week of classes to be considered for the current semester. The deadline for consideration for the Fall 2007 semester is September 3, 2007.
